Wow-tastic Weekend

This was a great wow weekend for sure. It all started Friday evening. Sarah was going out of town for a crafting seminar with several of her friends, so there I was all alone....with my computer, and Azeroth! I had decided that this weekend would be about lvling my new warlock Impios on the coilfang server. He was at the low lvl of 23 when I got home that afternoon. I started banging out quests with my buddy ryan, who has been lvling his druid, a bit faster than me I might add.

So we hit Hillsbrad, until the ganktards started in. Then we went to thousand needles, where the quests flowed like the salmon of capistrano( dumb and dumber reference there). We tore it up, and I had my latest gaming session in years. I was up till 5 the next morning. WOW, 5am. That just doesn't happen for me. So the next day I got up around 11 and started in again, until I took a break to go watch a movie. 10000 BC. It was good, but not what I had expected. So, I got home and started in again. I saw two in the morning that night. So the next day the wife got home and we went to Joplin to eat (crab legs, mmmmm) and get a few things we needed for the house, fun fun.

When I got home, it was back into the fray. We 4 manned armory with a lvl 35, 2x 34's and me, lowlie 31. It was amazing! we tore it up! and two, yes, count em, two scarlet tabards dropped! I got the lucky roll that got me one, woot! Then off to bed again. Monday morning I woke up with the chickens, and hit 32 before going toworkm, where I now sit all broken hearted.(cause I'm at work) So, I went from 23 to 32 in one weekend, not bad in my opinion, not bad at all.

Okay, I'm a horrible blogger.

It takes me so much time between blogs that I'm not even sure I remember how sometimes. I get so caught up in everything else that I forget to do this at times! I've been reading alot of wow blogs as of late, and have decided that I read too much. It's time to write some of my own. I'm trying to keep the links list up to date of the blogs and sites I visit on a regular basis. I hope someone is getting somethign out of them as much as I do. This way they are all lined up for me to view, and I don't have to remember where to go to look for them, i just come here, and away I go, off to the wild blue internet.

I'm sitting here at work and wondering to myself why am I here, and not at home playing wow? That's a good question. I think when I'm done with this blog it's off to that wonderfully magical place, Azeroth.

I've got a busy weekend planned. I'm planning on doing nothing but wow. Sarah is out of town doing some crafting stuff with fam and friends this weekend, so I get the computer and the wow, all to myself. My warlock Impios is needing some loving, some lvl loving. It's time to do some catching up with everyone. The group of friends and fam I ahve been lvling with on a pvp server has all gotten their toons into the 30's, and I'm stuck in the low 20's.....I'm a loser. Anyway, off to play, have a great weekend, I'll be hopped up on the mountian dew for the next few days!

Wow taking a turn for me

I have been playing on Earthen ring server for over two years now. It's a pve-rp server. It has been a ton of fun, I have alot of friends I have made their. I however, wanted to try out a pvp server. So, here I am, for the past month or so I have started rolling toons on the Coilfang server. A pvp server. The server is low population, which can be good while doing quests in contested areas. I have been in love with the aspect of world pvp. It has been awesome! I've gotten ganked a few times, and also had the priviledge of ganking others as well. I'm proud to say I haven't killed anyone lower lvl than I, I only go after targets that are a challenge.

In other news I am trying to start updating this blog again, which I know had a massive break for months at a time. So, I'll try to do my part of updating with what is going on for me. Until them, check out the dead terrorist video's on my side bar, good fun stuff their!

It's been a while kiddo's!

So, I had a blast this weekend. My father, sister's boyfriend, a guy dad works with, and myself all headed up to KC to watch the royals get pummeled by someone else. The team they play doesn't really matter, they usually get pummeled. The highlights of the trip were definatly there. I ate at Famous Dave's Barbeque. It was amazing. I ahve eaten there two times before, and have to say, it is one of my favorite barbeque places. They have a burger called the Devil Spit Burger. MMMMMM, devil spit... Anyway. It has pepper cheese, jalapeno pickle chips, and jalapeno infused bacon. The whole thing is slathered in a great barbeque sauce called devils spit. yum. It's not overpowering melt your face hot, but rather a slow burn that catches up with you after the second half of the sandwich is gone....and then again 2-4 hours later in the bathroom!!! Good thing for me, It didn't hit me till I got home that night at about 1am.

In other news, I caught a ball during batting practice! that was cool. I had a blast hanging out with dad and the guys, we are planning on going up for the game on sept 17th. Green hat day or something. It will be fun as well. Well, I better get back to doing something productive, like going to lunch. I'll see you all in the funny papers.
